rescued for free, so no one should ever be paying a breeder for an animal.

rescue and problems
with the
dog breeding industry (puppy
mills, etc.).
In 2008, HSI / Canada joined forces
with the Montreal SPCA to
rescue more than 330
dogs from Quebec puppy
