With a cashew and vanilla filling sweetened
with rice malt syrup (or raw honey), you won't be able to get enough of the gorgeous colors and yummy flavors.
You can absolutely substitute
with rice malt syrup or honey and it will be delish, however the «caramel» quality will not be present.
It's also fructose free and vegan - friendly if you make
it with rice malt syrup (sometimes called brown rice syrup), and you don't add any fruit.
