You have me really intrigued
with this roasted strawberry business.
On the menu at our club: bright pink beetroot pasta with goat cheese and parsley, cardamom coconut blueberry snack cake, quinoa and black beans with radish salsa, polenta with arugula pesto and beet curls, sunflower seed rye toasts
with roasted strawberry, and sparkling water with orange juice.
I liked
it with roasted strawberry sauce and whipped cream and I'll probably try it toasted with cherry jam, too.
It's the perfect thing to go
with roasted strawberries, a pile of raspberries, sliced plums, whatever.
I made a mental note to bake with it here, thinking that its light floral taste would go nicely
with the roasted strawberries I would be serving alongside the cake.
Once you try the classic strawberry shake
with roasted strawberries you will never want it any other way!
Divide the yogurt between bowls, top
with the roasted strawberries, a sprinkling of granola, and fresh blueberries or maple syrup, to taste.
Topped
with roasted strawberries, it's an easy yet elegant dessert.

* obviously this is a pie recipe but the combo of graham cracker crust,
roasted strawberry cream filling ad basil infused whipped cream would be perfect for individual trifles (
with cubed up pound cake instead if graham crackers if you must) or you could really go buck wild and alternate layers of whipped cream and filling
with graham crackers for an icebox situation that would knock several socks off I'm sure.

roasting did the trick, creating an ice - cream
with a fabulous and quite intense
strawberry flavour.
Assemble: Place patty on bun, top
with baby spinach arugula blend, honey rum bacon, fire
roasted strawberry watermelon corn relish and generously drizzle creamy citrus Dijon...
Brown rice flour and amaranth pastry filled
with orange flower water and vanilla bean - scented custard,
roasted rhubarb and
strawberries.

For breakfast, we cooked doughboys, biscuit dough squeezed onto s» mores sticks and
roasted over a fire, then stuffed
with butter and
strawberry jam.
You can skip
roasting the
strawberries if you like and just use jam in the center instead, but I beg you not to because
roasted strawberries have the ability to, oh, you know, change your life and all — ladled over ice cream, swirled into muffin batter, layered
with yogurt and granola, blended into smoothies, spooned over pancakes.
Yet the
roasting process intensifies the flavour of both fruit and veg and let's face it, some of those
strawberries sitting on supermarket shelves can do
with a bit of flavour enhancing.
Buttery cream cheese frosting

I put some
roasted strawberries with one of the oatmeal recipes - yum!
To intensify the flavor of
strawberries — and create a sweet, fruity syrup for fluffy buttermilk pancakes —
roast them in the oven
with vanilla and sugar.
And because these are bursting
with nutty flavor from the whole wheat, the fruitiness of all those
roasted strawberries, and that sweet touch of maple, they certainly don't leave your taste buds lacking.
While my Bumble Bee SuperFresh ® Tilapia
with Garlic & Extra Virgin Olive Oil baked in it's mess - free parchment pouch I
roasted my beets for the salad and quick pickled my
strawberries.
Peppery arugula is

Store muffins in an airtight container and serve
with extra
roasted strawberries, if desired.
For this recipe I
roasted the
strawberries with Alessi white balsamic reduction along
with a little honey which really enhanced the flavor of the
strawberries and created a delicious syrup to be incorporated into the ice cream.
