with fruits: You will not negate the benefits of a kale, spinach and celery juice by adding a few apple

I don't let myself get into a salad rut anymore, and I experiment
with interesting ingredients, such as fresh herbs, navy beans, lentils, sprouts,
kiwi slices, goat cheese, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, and falafel.
After 5 - 7 minutes, remove your smoothie bowl from the freezer and top

Angel food cake is delicious on its own but it's even more delicious
with buttercream filling and fresh
kiwi slices!
