Examples: almond butter with some honey or agave on celery, almond butter with honey and coconut made into candy balls (could add «raw» chocolate if you eat that), avocado mixed

Just made this, but substituted the maple syrup
with soaked dates (same proportions) and soaked the cashews for two hours.

with the sweet potato, works a treat.
I have been making a very similar one for a very long time
with a difference of an additional little bit of organic raw cocoa,

Soak the
dates in a bowl of hot water for 20 minutes, then drain and put them into a blender
with the coconut milk, coconut oil, salt and vanilla powder.
And you can replace the
dates with dried figs or prunes, but it's best to
soak them for a while before so they soften x
Soaking the
dates shouldn't change the flavour but I would try making them
with dry
dates to see if that makes a difference.

The second time I
soaked the
dates in boiling water to soften them and then I just used a blender stick to blend the
dates with sweet potato and maple syrup (much easier than a processor) I also made a budget version and used regular cocoa powder, 1/2 honey 1/2 maple syrup, no pinenuts - just 1/2 cup of coconut flour and 1/2 cornflour, I also added chopped walnuts.
You could try
with another type of
date but the quantities will be different and they may need
soaking in hot water to help soften them x
They are gluten free
