The good, faceplant worthy food kept coming aka juicy turkey crown with cranberry mole, Tenderstem broccoli and edible egg shell, fish cake stuffed
with soft boiled eggs which were cooked to absolute perfection in 6 mins and 10 seconds (yeap), tasty hot cross buns and well raspberry sauce over chocolate.
I chose to top my bowl
with a soft boiled egg that I gently scooped out of the shell, but almost any other type of egg (fried, poached, hard - boiled, scrambled) would work here.
Crispy chickpeas, seasoned black beans, roast sweet potatoes and a sautéed spinach run down all come together
with a soft boiled egg and a few slices of avocado.

You could of course serve this
with a number of different options but here we have simply wilted spinach
with chili flakes for a bit of a punch, added a

with a dollop of yogurt, sprouts, radishes and lemon zest.
