I also make stewed apple (just apple and water) and make a puree to have
with yoghurt on a morning or a dessert on an evening with a whole heap of cream.

Yoghurt have a challenge going
on Twitter at the moment, I'm not
on Twitter nearly enough so have just found it, so today I am making their Mixed Berry Oatmeal Bars which I am hoping will be a healthy lunchbox favourite
with Miss ND and maybe a little treat
with my tea.
If you don't have a
yoghurt maker then you could use a wide - necked flask of some sort, or a jar, provided that you have somewhere consistently warm to place it for 24 hours (like an airing cupboard, or in the oven
with just the light
on).
I reckon
on around 100g flour
with 1/4 tsp psyllium and around the same amount of
yoghurt... but it will depend
on the thickness of your
yoghurt so just add it and mix until you have a lovely dough to work
with.
My second best choice is grab some greek
yoghurt, some strawberries and a bowl, combine them together and sprinkle
with a little vanilla scented caster sugar - not much just a little bit
on top.
As much as I love strawberries just
on their own or
with little dollops of
yoghurt, here are some really nice and yummy recipes featuring strawberries, that I have bookmarked over the years and made myself as well.

on the FODMAP restriction diet I couldn't be content without some granola

Interestingly, low - fat
yoghurts contain more calcium,
on average, than those
with a higher fat content.
If the icing sounds like one step too many for you though, feel free to leave it off — I assure you this slice tastes just as good un-iced (especially if you keep it
on the slightly underdone side of baked) and eat it fresh out of the oven
with a dollop of coconut
yoghurt.
As a vegetarian, daal is one of those essentials so it would be good to have the option of ordering a daal makhani that is rich in nutrients and protein but doesn't contain the unnecessary cream and butter, made possibly
with yoghurt instead, and a little lighter
on the stomach.
