If I were to replace whey protein powder
with soy protein powder in my diet, would I get any of the additional benefits you would get form consuming legumes, like improved insulin levels, improved cholesterol, and better regulated blood sugar?
Also,
with soy protein powder, is the fiber, folate, phytonutrients, and phytoestrogens removed?
I eat / drink 3 - 4 1 liter green blended shakes a day
with some soy protein powder 30gr.

I love this
protein powder, I have tried many vegan
protein powders and they either taste awful, they don't mix well (it is important to mix this
powder with your liquids BEFORE you add the dry stuff or it will get clumpy) or have sunflower lectin,
soy or gluten after I found out that I am allergic to dairy,
soy, gluten, sunflower seeds, green beans, yeast and basically everything good and this is by far and wide the best.
