I found that using a thin, flat spatula to scoop the rounds from underneath the cutter then transferring them to the baking sheet made it easier to
work with the sticky dough.
Hi Susan Til now I have been using your pancake recipe to use leftover starter (they are wonderful) and was glad I'd got over my
caution with sticky doughs before trying this recipe.
In either case, if you come out
with sticky dough, just add more until it's less sticky:)
The recipes suggested that
with the sticky dough you flour your hands.
I'm glad to see I am not the only one
with sticky dough!
