with chicken or goose livers) 5) 1 tablespoon of white wine (make sure its dry white wine, not
sweet or dessert wine) 6) 1 teaspoon of
mustard powder 7) Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste 8) Parsley to garnish (optional)
Her Chickpea & Kabocha Squash Lemongrass Curry (11) features
sweet kabocha squash, flavoured
with aromatics like cardamom and coriander, tempered by ginger,
mustard and chilli and a heavenly coconut - infused broth spiked
