I'm not normally one for getting cross-cultural with my cooking (I've been known to get quite agitated about people serving sour cream
with tandoori chicken instead of yoghurt, for example) but somehow this dish — which pairs red curry with cous cous — works.
Also used lemon instead of lime juice but I think the resulting salad is still a nice blend of fresh flavours that went well
with Tandoori chicken.

with tandoori chicken skin at Chicago's Parachute dolls up chicken skins and cauliflower — the vegetable world's version of a sponge — with tandoori masala spices, including coriander, fenugreek, chile, cassia, cumin and ginger.

I can't speak for Russ, but when I've marinated
chicken tandoori (a very similar process
with yogurt), I saved the extra marinate and added it to a veggie stir fry the following night.
Another report says that the menu will now include «Salvadorean beef stew,
chicken tandoori, Asian pad thai, California sushi roll and teriyaki beef and broccoli
