Since the kitchen was
ugly but functional, we decided to go
with a spa - like
bathroom.
A bit more cash gets you a bigger room, though some have

with light blue tile floors, which sort of makes it feel like sleeping in a big

I've learned to live

bathroom), and even the hole in the wall that we found when we took out a non-working fireplace.

For our
bathroom (it's still the original sea green sink, toilet and tub
with lavender tiles on the walls), I would love to replace the
ugly forest green and black tile floor.
I've only done one piece myself (our
ugly bathroom vanity, which turned out amazingly
with a can of spray paint, gold stenciling, and some gold distressing), but we love to repurpose furniture!
I was so happy to have found this site, I have those same
ugly sinks in both
bathrooms of my home, double in the master bedroom, I hate them, I am painting the
bathroom walls and did not know what to do
with those
