I make a similar PB shake in the morning
with vegan protein powder, PButter, a frozen banana, vanilla, ice, and spinach or zucchini... you don't even taste the spinach / zucchini (I promise!).
It is a perfect way to eat, enjoy, and be happy
with your vegan protein powder.
This can be made vegan by easily swapping the casein / whey protein powder
with vegan protein powder.
But if you need to make this recipe vegan, try replacing
it with a vegan protein powder that you love.
Even some omnivores may find that they perform better
with vegan protein powder.
The flavour also manages to totally bypass the earthy flavour so common
with vegan protein powders.
A note about substitutions: because of the texture and flavor of vegan proteins, I wouldn't recommend trying
this with vegan protein powders.

vegan, and clean - eating friendly.

protein powder (I use Sunwarrior), making them the perfect healthy post workout breakfast!

I love this
protein powder, I have tried many
vegan protein powders and they either taste awful, they don't mix well (it is important to mix this
powder with your liquids BEFORE you add the dry stuff or it will get clumpy) or have sunflower lectin, soy or gluten after I found out that I am allergic to dairy, soy, gluten, sunflower seeds, green beans, yeast and basically everything good and this is by far and wide the best.
