I wanted to make this bread for my boyfriend and his family and decided to substitute the maple syrup
with honey (true Greek style - as well as the famous Greek olive
oil) and I had to use
walnuts instead of millet.
I tend to make mine
with cherry tomatoes, basil, roasted red peppers,
walnuts, a bit of lemon juice and zest, olive
oil.
Meanwhile, on a microwave - safe plate, drizzle
walnuts with olive
oil and shake them up.

oil instead of butter, a big handful of
walnuts, and good drench of Captain Morgan's.
