with walnut pesto to share with you.

with Walnuts Avocado Kale and Zucchini is just full of flavors.
Create a
pesto using RSS Organic Lemony Arugula, Parmesan cheese,
walnuts, and olive oil; toss
with pasta or spread on pizza

Shaving zucchini and carrots was easy enough and tossed together
with the
walnut kale
pesto it was healthy yummy meal.
I am sharing the basic recipe below, but you could also add a couple of sun - dried tomatoes, or drizzle some oil mixed
with a teaspoon of basil
pesto on top
with a sprinkling of lightly toasted
walnuts.
I like to use the same nuts as the ones in the
pesto (I used Marcona almonds here), but you can experiement
with pecans and

This arugula
pesto is made
with walnuts instead of the more traditional pine nuts.
Top
with another layer of zucchini and sprinkle the
walnut pesto and fresh tomatoes on top of that.
This
pesto recipe differs from traditional
pesto in that I did not use any cheese and I replaced the commonly used pine nuts
with walnuts.
This dish gives you all the flavor of
pesto sauce, but
with the added nutritional benefits of spinach and
walnuts, and you get to enjoy pasta on top of it.
A simple pasta bowl made by tossing a whole wheat fusilli pasta, shredded spinach, and
with a delicious
walnut & broccoli
pesto sauce.
Pecans are very expensive in my country, so I substituted it
with walnuts —
pesto still turned out great.

I used my homemade
pesto with lemon and
walnuts as that is what I always have on hand and stirred it in at the very end although I do need to make this
with the herb sauce recommended as I think the mint will give a good layer of flavor.
If you make your own
pesto, you can easily replace the
walnuts, basil, garlic and cheese
with 3 - 4 tablespoons of
pesto.
Arrange bowls
with quinoa, brussels sprouts, kale, avocado,
walnuts and drizzle
with desired amount of
pesto dressing.
This
pesto alla Genovese or basil
pesto lasagna basks in the flavors and aroma of basil,
walnuts, and mushrooms
with melted mozzarella, parmesan and romano cheeses.
Place a dollop of
walnut pesto in each bowl along
with a spoon of natural yoghurt.
