For example too tight chest and not strong enough upper back lead to crunched shoulders, tight lower back and
hamstrings with weak glutes pull hips forward, on top of these issues there's tight neck sticking forward giving the «perfect» S shaped posture...
But combine
weak glutes
with tight hip flexors and tight
hamstrings from sitting down most of the day, and when it comes time to drop it like a squat: it's more like a glute fizzle than the bonfire you'd hoped for.

weak while your back is tight.
