How can I calculate
this with any weight watchers recipe?
The first thing that comes to mind is that you might be eating too little on your non-fasting days (am I right in saying that
with weight watchers you're eating LESS than your daily calorie needs each day?).
They are helping
me with my Weight watchers journey.
We just made ate
these with our weight watchers friendly valentines dinner and they were amazing.

I started out
with weight watchers.
Broccoli cheese soup is a family favorite of ours but I never make it because I thought it never fit in
with our weight watcher diet plan.
Obviously not the same people whose freezer is stuffed
with Weight Watcher dinners and food that, if you're honest, you'll admit you will never in a million years consume.

This has nothing to do
with your recipe, which I'm dying to try but I see that you calculate your points using recipe builder through
weight watchers... am I just missing it because I've googled it & searched all over the app & I can't find a single builder!

I like to doctor them up
with ground red pepper and Parmesan (
weight watchers trick).
Quick thing though, I put this in the recipe builder for
weight watchers and it came out at 9 points per serving, not 7, and I put it in
with the fat free shredded mozzarella cheese not the 2 %.
Full of veggies and fresh seafood, this low calorie casserole packs in all the flavors of seafood chowder recipes, but
with a lot less fat and calories, making it a great dinner idea for any
weight watcher.

with varying amounts of success, I feel like just eating good food has been the easiest, not starving at all, I eat when I am hungry, just make good choices.
