The other benefit to matcha powder is the fact that it uses the whole leaf, so you get the chlorophyll, fiber, and other macro nutrients that you might not otherwise get by just using brewed tea itself, although I see you make up for
that with wheatgrass powder.

I've never used Spirulina or
Wheatgrass powder but I'm sure it is packed
with phytonutrients!
