with either almond milk or coconut water.
Black
chia seeds are higher in antioxidants than
white chia seeds which is to be expected as antioxidant content is associated
with dark coloration in plants.
Some of them realize that replacing avocadoes, olives, and
chia / hemp / flax seeds
with sugary
white flour won't improve health.
