I made this
with 1 cup quinoa flour and.5 cup ground flax + 2 T
chia seeds in place of
white flour.
It takes very little time to make, you can do everything in the food processor — and hey, if you can't find
white chia seeds this works great
with black too.
My shakes generally are made
with 1 scoop of egg

chia seeds, fruit (berries in season and 1/2 banana) a handful of fresh greens (collards, kale Spanish etc) and Greek yougart mixed
with either almond milk or coconut water.
Black
chia seeds are higher in antioxidants than
