I was just wondering if using milk chocolate chips mixed
with the white chocolate chips makes the cookies overly sweet for someone who doesn't usually like things that are too sweet?
When I worked in restaurants, I once made a dessert of cinnamon cake
layered with white chocolate mouse, and finished the dish with a simple raspberry sauce.
A creamy, rich white chocolate mousse is anchored by layers of moist, golden, almond and vanilla scent layer cake and
finished with a white chocolate ganache glaze.
Meanwhile, clean the double boiler and repeat melting
process with the white chocolate, adding the remaining 1 teaspoon canola oil and the peppermint extract once the white chocolate is melted.
Using a blender or food processor, process the
oats with the white chocolate until the oats are finely ground, and the chocolate is mostly ground; a few small chunks are OK.
