I beg of you to please
read the Bible, it's
wonderful and freeing and because of it I will be spending eternity
with God.
I'm concerned about Tony's theology, whose philosophical foundations I criticized pretty consistently while I was involved in EC in 2004 - 7 before bowing out because Tony seemed more into pushing
with some arrogance a pomo philosophy he never really studied in school than he was into fostering dialogue (I went back to just
reading the
wonderful books of Brian McLaren which is how I got involved in the first place).
It's that
wonderful time of year when many of us find ourselves
with a little extra time for
reading.
I know that many folks get carried away
with the notion of calling and turn it into some sort of Delphic Oracle experience (see fellow blogger Kevin DeYoung's
wonderful book «Just Do Something» as an antidote to this; it should be mandatory
reading for anyone who is serious about this).
Also try Awareness by Anthony DiMello (a little bit of religion in it, but a
wonderful look at how to view life)... and maybe Conversations
with God by Neale Donald Walsh (lots of «god» in it, but if you can see past it, a mind - blowing
read).
After a few months of intermittent
reading and some experimentation
with different inks, I discovered a
wonderful ink called Salix, made by the German company Rohrer and Klingner.
He'd like to start to
read his Bible but he wants to do it
with help from this
wonderful man of God, the one who helped him to understand and opened his heart to Jesus.
i can feel love for him throughout my heart and soul... i want to grow old
with this man... i am 47 and he is 45... he has never been married... he said there is not a chance of getting back together again regardless of how we feel towards each other because we committed adultery and God will never forgive us and it will be wrong to do so... so am i supposed to go on living my life being so deeply in love
with this man i can never have... why would God put him in my life to make me feel so spiritually happy, so
wonderful, so at peace
with myself and someone I can finally worship Him
with just to take him away from me... I've never been
with someone who was so religious and i thought this was it... i finally have someone to
read the bible
with and go to church
with and put God first and share things
with my self and my daughter as a loving relationship would be....
In a way Religion is for Dummies...
reading your comments has been true pleasure because I did not think it was actually possible to have a discussion
with someone who would post a comment that stupid on a board... there is a god or there is no god because I say so because of my limited experience... what
wonderful ignorance most people here have...
Dodd was a long supporter of the Book of Common prayer, the Anglican book
with daily gospel
readings and prayers, describing it when he was 89 as «a
wonderful piece of literature, beautifully - written and based on fact.»
I have been craving it ever since I
read the recipe, imagining how
wonderful it must taste, and I was trying to wait until watermelon were truly in season here in Wichita to try it (that happens in August for us), but
with the added incentive of the Holiday Recipe Club blog hop, I knew the time had come.
Sometimes I simply want to enjoy a «truly
wonderful, old - fashioned» homemade cookie
with a cup of steaming of hot tea while

It is great to
read through all the comments and see so many I agree 100 %
with — longtime reader of your blog but have never commented, happy to see your familiar kitchen counter figure prominently on the covers of your book... all my most popular recipes come from your blog, they're the perfect combo of being easy to make and yet still sophisticated and
wonderful.
I had my 4 1/2 month old
with me so couldn't stay to get my book signed, but it was
wonderful to hear you talk after
reading your blog for years.
I'm trying super hard to get everything done, like a week ahead of time, so I can spend that week before Christmas, baking cookies
with my kids,
reading stories, watching «It's a
Wonderful Life», and sitting by the fire, drinking something warm and yummy.
Adjusting and experimenting
with it would have been a waste of time, especially considering how many

I too have been
reading since the beginning — who needs a story — you've got the man, you've got the happiness, and you've got the skills to make one hell of an empty stomach feel like the luckiest organ in the world — Besides, my husband, who was able to vote when I was born, just happens to be my professor from college... And when people ask what grade I got in his class, I become quiet and
with a slight whisper say «I got a B» — And that was only 1 of 3 B's I got in college... Our story is
wonderful for him since he nabbed the young student... Doesn't sound so good for me, but I love him and sharing it regardless... Happy Anniversary Deb and Alex!!!

Beautiful 40 something woman young men always think is in her 20s
