Well, I made these brownies quite a few times, with and
without the baking powder.
I didn't expect the cookies to be as light and fluffy as they are, especially
without baking powder but maybe it's all the citrus.
Without baking powder they ended up flat on top instead of puffy, but they still looked tasty.
