The Department also believes that making the rule immediately effective will provide
plans,
plan fiduciaries,
plan participants and beneficiaries, IRAs, IRA owners, financial services providers and other affected service providers the level of certainty that the rule is final and not subject to further modification
without additional public notice and
comment that will allow them to immediately resume and / or complete preparations for the provisions of the Rule and PTEs that will become applicable
on June 9, 2017.
While noting that it's difficult to
comment without knowing details of Pruitt's
plans, Carney said that the association «would question policies that would exclude qualified experts from review panels based
on criteria that are extraneous.»
Student demographic information (e.g., grade level, ethnicity, gender, native languages, and whether the student has an individual education
plan) appears
on a separate page for each student (see Figure 2), along with embedded examples of that student's writing (with and
without teacher
comments) and a form for online users to post
comments on that page to a discussion forum.
The Facebook Site Information may include,
without limitation, the following information, to the extent visible
on the Facebook Site: your name, your profile picture, your gender, your birthday, your hometown location (city / state / country), your current location (city / state / country), your political views, your activities, your interests, your musical preferences, television shows in which you are interested, movies in which you are interested, books in which you are interested, your favorite quotes, the text of your «About Me» section, your relationship status, your dating interests, your relationship interests, your summer
plans, your Facebook user network affiliations, your education history, your work history, your course information, copies of photos in your Facebook Site photo albums, metadata associated with your Facebook Site photo albums (e.g., time of upload, album name,
comments on your photos, etc.), the total number of messages sent and / or received by you, the total number of unread messages in your Facebook inbox, the total number of «pokes» you have sent and / or received, the total number of wall posts
on your Wall, a list of user IDs mapped to your Facebook friends, your social timeline, and events associated with your Facebook profile.
