However, I've made this
bread without the raisins and / or lemon zest before (in case any of you raisin - haters were wondering), and also with almonds or pecans for the nuts because I didn't have any walnuts at the time.
I was looking for more of a high - vibe dessert / snack situation, so I made the pumpkin
cookies without raisins and dipped them in melted semi-sweet chocolate.
I made
it without the raisins and we ate it over brown rice.
Can't wait to try, might have to make
some without the raisins though, all the family love them apart from me
I would rather take oatmeal cookies, soda bread, bread, etc,
without the raisins, but sometimes they just work.
And one of them, Rudi's, tasted remarkably like cinnamon raisin bread,
without the raisins.
So I tried to do this using coffee instead of tea; and
without the raisins, shredded coconut, or coconut peanut flour; and with some special dark cocoa powder and peanut flour; and without measuring anything; and something was a little off in the flavor (shocker); but it has potential with tweaking!
