Of course, it gets even more complicated than that, because variations in genetics means that some metabolic types tolerate fats well and some do not, so
diet tests administered
without regard for genetic differences will produce conflicting results, and the complication then gets even deeper in that hunger may be a generic response
to nutritional deficiencies.

to be evaluated in context / in whole — not something
to be judged by a single ingredient, especially
without regard to quantity..
In that
regard I'd also say that you should get a checkup by your doctor, so that when you add protein
to your
diet you may not make the problem worse
