Animal Care and Control Supervisor, who

neglect inflicted on countless dogs and cats in NYC, and in particular the Bronx.
As a volunteer with
animal rescue groups and our city
animal welfare shelter, I have been

Your report can remain anonymous, however your willingness to be a
witness and testify about what you saw can mean the difference between the person being prosecuted or being free to abuse and
neglect more
animals.
