I'll tell you what I'm planning for my new book and why, but first I'd like to point out that I've interviewed two brand new self - published authors this year who had
wonderful book launches with very different pricing strategies.

In honor of all of this wonderfulness and to help
launch my new little reader into the
wonderful world of
books, I've been scouring the web, the bookshelves, and my scattered brain for all the Seussical fun I could find for my little people and yours.

I already had the luau
launch planned for the third
book in my humorous romantic mystery series, so I jumped in, heels first, into indie publishing, releasing all 3
books in six weeks (including re-editing, cover art, formatting etc.) Fortunately there are
wonderful folks that I could outsource to as well as friends who brought me copious amounts of chocolate while I put in 18 hour days.
Launching a
book promotion campaign is a sound investment... or, at least, it is a
wonderful opportunity for authors who can see beyond a hoped - for spike in
book sales to achieve far more lucrative, and sustainable, gains.
I recently had the pleasure of
launching Kate Forsyth's
wonderful new novel THE WILD GIRL, published by Vintage
Books in Australia, at an event in Sydney.

book for sale is a
wonderful thing (
launch party!)
Once PublishDrive was
launched in 2015, it was
wonderful to see how global markets reacted to her
book.

«It was so
wonderful to know that the
books are still loved...» Now Sara Ruffin is reviving her grandfather's
books, both in print and in digital editions, and to do it she's
launched her own publishing company, which is selling a lovely print edition of her grandfather's very first children's
book, The Travels of Ching, originally published in 1943.
