It felt wonderful to quickly find organizations in Colorado and Wyoming that needed our dogs.

«While each of these loveable dogs differs in temperament, exercise and grooming needs, they make wonderful companions to a variety of people.

The article about service animals is a wonderful article, but one note to add is there is an organization in Oklahoma that rescues dogs from local shelters and then trains them to become service dogs for people with different medical needs.

Rescue dogs make wonderful companions and desperately need our help since thousands are abandoned every year, in many cases through no fault of the dog.

While we love nothing more than to take in and help these wonderful dogs, their situations can be avoided by providing education and basic vetting needs to people in our community.

So the question remains: why are we producing more dogs and cats when there are already so many wonderful animals in desperate need of homes?

This includes contacting us WELL in advance of when you need to rehome your dog so that we can work together to have the best chances to find your dog a wonderful new home.
