We had the most
wonderful home birth with Zandros and I planned on welcome our second child into the world in the same way.

I am so thankful for natural and
wonderful home births, but also for the wisdom of my registered nurse midwives who I'm sure prevented an emergency trip to the hospital
with their medical expertise after the
birth.
Ten years later my mindset had changed considerably and I experienced the most
wonderful, momentous day of my life when I gave
birth to my 9 lb son at
home with no drugs and a six hour labor.
My grandchildren have been born in a variety of settings: hospital
with OB; hospital
with midwife and one
home birth, all
wonderful.
We made some calls and found one of our
wonderful foster families who took Baby into their
home with open arms (and hearts) so that she could give
birth to her litter.
