I did not even see Bottle Rocket until after I saw Anderson's
wonderful second film, Rushmore.

second film has a
wonderful idea that builds on that.
Technically, True Grit is less a movie remake than a
second try at
filming the
wonderful Charles Portis source novel, but the irony here is that the Coens» Ladykillers is a more ambitious, clever concept for a

«Drunken Angel» is a good Kurosawa choice, as well as «Yojimbo» which is just pure fun, and I'd say if you like some of Kurosawa's more humanist fare like «Ikiru» or «One
Wonderful Sunday» you can't go wrong with «Redbeard» (my
second favorite Kurosawa
film behind «One
Wonderful Sunday»).

second during the
film became the spitting image of Audrey Hepburn.

The first Alien
film had a
wonderful sense of atmosphere, the
second, Aliens, was a rollercoaster ride of action, the third installment was a compelling, if heavily flawed attempt at bringing something profound to the series, but this fourth chapter ditches what remnants of credibility the series had left in favor of stomach - churning gore.
Paul Giamatti as Tom Duffy has a juicy and
