of administrative and staff support services - Research, documentation, word processing and data entry - Maintain office files and other records - Process incoming and outgoing mail - Distribute interoffice mail as needed - Schedule appointments and coordinate conference rooms - Provide back - up front desk support in the main lobby support for guests, visitors and the company's
employees Additional Qualifications: -3-5 + years
of progressive administrative support experience - Extremely articulate, polished, and professional - Ability to interface with administrators
