For me there really isn't: I've always adored the amazing simplicity of the
dish and it's
wonderfully warming, comforting nature.

wonderfully filling and at around 250 calories per portion is ideal for a supper
dish on fast days on the 5:2 Diet which I am doing again just for January then it's 6:1 to maintain.
Parmesan adds a bit of savory, nutty flavor to the
dish that works
wonderfully with the
warm spicy flavors of the recipe.
It's
wonderfully hearty and
warming and, like so many such
dishes, even better if you leave it for twenty - four hours and reheat it gently before serving.
The Chalkboard remains a bustling cafe dressed in a
warm sunlit palette of burgundy and golds, slender rectangular tables dressed with white linens and informal arrangement of fresh flowers make it a
wonderfully easy for all guests to reach and taste all
dishes at the table, though some may not be inclined to share!
