Project Description In a style and location appropriate to the existing house, add a 16 - by -25-foot room on a new crawlspace foundation with
wood joist floor framing, wood siding on exterior walls, and fiberglass shingle roof.
This project made use of existing raw
wood joists and exposed brickwork, bringing new life but holding onto character.
