I took the doors off these cabinets and filled
in the holes with
wood putty.
Once complete, we filled
in nail holes with some
wood putty and then sanded everything down smooth.
We filled the entire block with this
wood filler... making sure it got into the cracks by pushing it
in with a
putty knife.
: — RRB - Definately break out the
wood putty and fill
in those hardware holes!
Again, caulk or
wood putty goes
in the corner to fill
in for painting.
I think you could fill
in the crevices with
wood putty / filler stuff and still keep the appearance of the planks.
4) Once the pine flooring was down we
wood putty - ed some of the knots to fill
in a few of the holes and rough patches
in the

wood putty and the entire piece was sanded and spray painted.
