Wooden bowls were hand carved
from local woods and used to knead dough for making bread.
To keep the kitchen
from feeling too sterile, I added in some pottery
from Ben Medansky and some
wooden dough
bowls I found at the flea market.
Using a
wooden spoon, gradually stir in enough of the remaining flour to make a soft, sticky dough that comes away
from the sides of the
bowl.
