For winter, I will be investing in some
wool or leather culottes which are easily worn with a turtleneck and ankle boot or some
high heel sandals and fun

Also with
high boots, I tend to wear thigh
high wool socks underneath so it feels like I'm wearing two layers of pants!
Keep them warm with
wool socks, not a
higher thermostat!»
