I think it's made basically the same way, pressed or blended or fermented or however you make tofu hehe But I'm pretty excited about it, so many things I want to try now that I have some tofu back in my arsenal for dessert experimentation (like my new favorite word Clafoutis)!

Mostly because the word clafoutis sounds kind of ugly and crotchety and I think it'd be fun to say things like «My clafoutis is piping hot!».
