The pattern is Garter Stitch with an eyelet round, but remember, to
work Garter Stitch in the round you must knit one round and purl one round.
Liat Gat has a video on her website that shows you how to
work Garter Stitch in the round, doing a wrap and turn at the beginning of each round, where the wrap looks like another stitch and makes it look completely fluid and seamless without purling a stitch.
Working Garter Stitch in a bumpy yarn like this one brings even more texture to the party.

Because the right side of the
work is always facing you as you
work in the round, knitting every stitch of every round gives you Stockinette Stitch, not
Garter.
The reason this
works is because knit and purl are opposites; the purl ridge gives you the bumpy texture you see in
Garter Stitch.
It also involves purling the slip - stitch rounds because that's how you make
Garter Stitch in the round, but that makes the slipping even easier because the yarn is already at the front of the
work.
If you're using a stitch pattern other than
Garter Stitch, you may find it easier to
work the increase and the decrease on the same row, as I did with my Bias Knit Scarf, which is
worked in Stockinette Stitch.

Garter Stitch ears, along with a face that's
worked after the knitting is done in duplicate stitch.
Just make sure you knit your gauge swatch in the pattern you want to use, that you cast on the proper number of stitches to make the pattern

work than plain old
garter stitch.
