I didn't temper the chocolate and I was

kitchen counters, floors... never had a problem cleaning with Straight vinegar, which I
do all the time.

It cooks itself
in a rice cooker or Instant Pot which
does all the
work for us while we're knocking out other
kitchen tasks.
