works well for freezing anything you'll be wanting to defrost
in smaller (1 / 2 - cup) increments (pasta sauce, leftover soup or broth, pesto, gravy, etc.) That's all I ever use my silicone
muffin pan for!
This recipe
works well divided into 9
muffins, which I like, so that I can bake it
in my microwave sized countertop oven (I overlap a pair of 2 × 3
muffin pans to make a 3 × 3) and not heat up the kitchen as much as the regular, big, under - the - stove one would.
Preheat oven to 350 °; place liners
in your
muffin pans or grease each cup with cooking spray (either method
works — as you can see from the pictures, I tried it both ways).
I used silicone
muffin cups
in the
muffin pan for the first baking and it
worked great.
Alternatively, if
working with a larger griddle stationed over two burners, make sure the
muffins are directly located over the two heat sources and not
in the cooler edges of the
pan.

in a mini
muffin pan before and it
worked well.
Some other people and myself have made
muffins using this recipe so I would definitely think it would
work in a donut
pan.
I had never heard of shoo - fly pie before this post, but do you think this
muffin recipe would also
work as a cake cooked
in a springform

Working in batches, fill the prepared mini
muffin pans or molds about 3/4 full with batter and place
in the steamer.

work, I've made them

muffin pan many times and they always come out fine.

I used spinach instead of kale and made them
in a regular
muffin pan which
worked just fine.
I've never tried it
in a standard sized
muffin pan, but it wouldn't see why it wouldn't
work!
