I made a few adjustments... didn't have almond butter so I used pumpkin seed butter which
worked quite well, I am allergic to eggs so I used 6 quail eggs instead, and then used raw agave syrup

I found using a pastry blender
worked well to
work the shortening / butter into the coconut flour and coconut palm sugar I substituted
in place of the
honey.

M - I regularly use
honey in place of Agave and it always
works well as a substitute since it's a similar consistency.
