team selection was good apart from Ramsey and Debuchy and for me you can't blame Wenger for putting Ramsey there as it
worked before and Debuchy is a full international so should've performed better even if he just can back from
injury.
He also has pristine finishing with little back lift required just like Messi and Aguero (having a low centre of gravity plays a role as well) Sanchez is also not
injury prone so any
team he plays for will see him play a minimum of 30 league games per season despite his very high
work rate.
that tactic
worked fantastically at the star of this season where walcott performed and it
worked brilliantly for the
team but after the
injury of Theo, giroud had his dry patch and theo almost did nt even try... and the year before welbeck played reaaaally bad as a starting striker and scored 4 goals or something i think, if he had one worldclass or equally good striker as giroud, we would have enough and wenger could rotate them according to the patch / form of giroud like what he intended to do with walcott and giroud, which i had high hopes for but sadly only
worked for half the season

team to return it while you attempt get them behind the 25 yard line does not seem to

injury risk that is being taken by covering the play.
We have a saying here in Jamaica «there is no rest for the wicked», which actually means you have to continue

injuries.

team we can is obviously a priority... But the same fans who seem to preach that, are the same ones who will relentlessly berate Wenger if an

In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome
injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first
injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7
teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good
team can afford to have that many average players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's
injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive
work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)

work load, and you gain a slight advantage when playing other big

injury he's a constant reminder hard
work and endeavour will be rewarded — he's earned his place in the
team doing it the hard way being on loan trail before ultimately he became rewarded.
I think it is vital to keep santi for as long as we can because on his day he is world class and I don't think I can say that for many players in this
team, if jack and aaron were willing to rotate with ozil and cazorla it could
work but I think even at 30 cazorla wants to start every match and I don't see wenger dropping wilshere or ramsey or rotating because he only really does that through
injury
Anyway that is that, Walcott must remain fit for the upcoming years for him to truly reach his potential, another long term
injury will put his arsenal future out of reach, the
team is growing gradually and over the past 2 - 3 season have gotten stronger, the days when he could return from
injury and slip back into a starting role have suddenly gone due to more competition for place, but i would advise him to sign quickly and concentrate on
working hard to get that starting berth.

team in Premiere League games. This came as a result of

We didn't need a manager this season if we're just gonna put out the same players that come 5th anyone could of done what wenger is doing it's easy I buy lacazette then put he same
team out from the same squad even when I have
injuries it's easy just put out the rest of the squad and play them out of position I mean I'd take 8mil to do that oxlade at lwb kolansinac at cb elneny cm holding rcb there's no
work of a manager there just put in players were others ain't ready to play then buy nobody else and do interviews with the same excuses job done next game change some ppl around but same ppl that came 5th then sell Alexis do interviews same excuses job done transfer window closes fans wish they never supported arsenal wenger laughing to the bank job done
if you watch arsenal place I see so much space and no runs no runs at all only when in the box if you watch Leicester they are always makeing runs all over the place that's how you score goals against a
team like Southampton they controlled the game it was not unlucky just like chelsea can do control the game and won arsenal players don't believe they can win the title the players in that
team play without heart you know why because Im sure wenger tells them becareful we don't need anymore
Injurys what kind of mentality is that also I will pick out Ramsey he is playing like a player who is leaveing the club he and flamini just don't
work Ramsey is not playing good at all wenger can blame make excuses but truth is he is the manager he make the tactics and he gets it wrong all the time giroud has no pace none bench him against some
teams and play pure pace make runs ox Walcott but they don't Walcott has lost it his pace has gone its clear or he fears I jury how if a player is fit put your all in forget
injury if you get Injured then so be it but if your fit and your Walcott run put yourself about wenger should leave because he.

After Özil's three month
injury, Wenger had to find a solution for the

Off topic anyone notice how ozil was used on the left wing last season and the first part of this season and he was under performing fans and pundits were all saying how wenger should build the
team around ozil since that was his best position and he cost us 42m well since his return he has only played either cam or right wing (he said in a interview that those were his fav positions since he played them at real) taking the place of an in form cazorla and it all seems to
work I think wenger has done this all on purpose because if u look at ozils overall performance after his
injury its much better than before, he tackles, wins the ball back and covers more distance than anyone else wenger does this often using players out of position for a while only to make their overall game better and mostly it
works genius

Qualities: Giroud - Hold up (but not against top defenders Tery, Cahil, etc), short pass, hard
working,
team player, defensive duties (set - pieces),
injuries Benteke - Hold up, short pass, better dribbler, long shots, finishing, positioning, defensive duties (set - pieces), can play with his back to the goal and also drop deep and face the goal when marked weakness: Giroud - very slow, easily marked, poor finishing (not wc finisher), technique Benteke -
injuries, not a hard worker If you look the stats for the since 2012/2013, they have almost similar records except that Benteke scored like total of 19 goals (correct me if I'm wrong) in his 1st season and also have a decent record against top
teams, keep in mind he plays for AstonVilla not Arsenal where you get much more chances and better players around.
love your articles galen this just proves the sheer stupidity and arrogance of our manager what are players like ozil and giroud still doing at arsenal after their first season ozil should probably be sold back to shalke in a soft league and who knows he might play his best football and it might help in his national
team form cazorla is a good player but not world class he can not be classified on the same level against players like silva iniesta and the old arsenal fabregas sanchez is also good but he needs to add more to his game for him to be put on the same level with world beaters like suarez neymar and bale koscienly is also good but he has too many
injury troubles coquelin is a class player but he is not world class he is good technically but not a dominant midfielder like schneiderlin and fernandinho as for cech he is there among the best keepers and he is the only positive in this arsenal
team.Needs to
work on his distribution though the back four is solid but has alot of light weights strong and powerful foward might find it easy

work so well against the bigger
teams; 3) we will have key
