Some friends and I are
working to lose weight and one of them is
on the
Candida diet.

I've been
on the anti

work though I'd prefer to be vegan) AND BUT I REALLY REALLY LOVE AND PREFER AND MISS THOSE GREEN SMOOTHIES OMG Especially because I like to exercise WHEN I CAN / when i'm physically able to, and when you recover from green smoothies and it's so clean and gorgeous and magical feeling... and then you try to recover
on standard foods....
At that stage, I was mainly recommending Dr. John Pagano's Diet (Healing Psoriasis) to those with psoriasis, but then discovered that I could improve even more
on his recommendations by including elements of the
work by Dr. John Trowbridge (The Yeast Syndrome) as well as Dr. William Crook (The Yeast Connection), two doctors who specialized in
candida yeast infections and who also recognized the
candida / psoriasis connection.
Some vegan friends of mine (who are also
on the
candida diet) make a lovely cashew butter / cream filling for cakes, which seems to
work for them.
So I am in this vicious circle of being
on and off a
candida diet and never getting anywhere.I have spent the last 25 years so ill I am unable to
work and am house bound with so many symptoms from head to foot feeling poisoned and unable to function.My liver does not seem able to detox at all.
I did follow an anti-
candida diet for three months
on the recommendation of my naturopath / nutritionist who's specialized in
Candida because she struggled with it for years, and although it was stringent and a bit tricky the first few days, it did
work.
My doc has no clue other than telling me to go
on candida diet and hope it
works.
I landed
on disability from my job
on steroids and pain killers, spent a week at Mayo Clinic, got countless bone marrow biopsies, blood
work, muscle biopsies and was diagnosed with C - diff colitis, myositis,
Candida, leaky gut, Lyme disease, PCOS, and hypothyroidism to name a few.

works, including Dosso Dossi's Psiche abbandonata da Amore (1525) and Antonio Carneo's Aracne tesse la tela (better known as L'Indovina, c. 1660), presented in dialogue with an assortment of books
on «magic» from the same period, and ends with
works by the most recent generations of contemporary artists — from Christian Marclay to Grazia Toderi, from Markus Schinwald to Clare Strand, Elina Brotherus, Jeppe Hein, Beate Gütschow and Hans Op de Beeck — passing through masters like Gustav Klimt, Giorgio de Chirico, Fernand Léger, Edward Weston, Kurt Schwitters, Yves Klein, Arnulf Reiner, Georg Baselitz, Gerhard Richter, Peter Blake, Christo, Günter Brus, Mimmo Jodice, Gilberto Zorio, Giulio Paolini, Richard Long,
Candida Höfer, Giuseppe Penone, Fischli and Weiss and Shirin Neshat, to mention just a few.
Sotheby's Contemporary Art Evening and Day auctions
on 17 — 18 October also feature a range of
works by artists from Germany including Andreas Gursky, Gerhard Richter, Neo Rauch, Georg Baselitz, Joseph Beuys,
Candida Höfer and Albert Oehlen.

on an intimate, behind - the - scenes corner of the 14 - building masterpiece.
