In this two - hour webinar, licensed clinical social worker, parenting coach, expert, speaker, and author, Mercedes Samudio, LCSW, will be focusing
on what it means to
work effectively with challenging parents so that you can create a collaborative team and keep them engaged during the
healing journey.
Steph and I went to The Institute of Holistic Nutrition together and while I went off to
work in the field of emotional & disordered eating
healing, she continued
on her
journey to become a Holistic Fitness and Nutrition Expert for Expecting and New Mamas (and she's pretty dang good at it — follow her over

Parenthood in my 30s led me to take up my spiritual
journey, and after several decades of being active in Unitarian Universalism, in my 60s I have also come to think of myself as a progressive Christian as well as a UU — a return to the faith I grew up in, but
on a different level, taking scripture seriously but not literally (and for me, serious literature can be scripture too, especially poetry, and scriptures of other faiths...) I am content to say God is a mystery, a word we use to point to all that is good and beautiful and
healing, a creative energy at
work that we can experience through our loving relationships, through art and music, through the pursuit of science, and in the «church» of nature.
Hound Dog Pet Hotel
works with Underdog Rescue (www.underdogrescuemn.com) and allows us the opportunity to practice our
Healing Touch for Animals techniques, while helping out rescued dogs
on their
journey to their next home.
Marshall then cut up this enormous
work, rescuing, restoring and «
healing» each section in his studio before sending them
on their
journey to be exhibited in California.
