So many of us are
working out for too long (see two reasons to shorten your workout) and working out inefficiently (create the most effective 20 minute workout using these guidelines), which keeps us from seeing results.
Whilst you do need to allow time for your muscles to recover there are a few things you can do to help increase the recovery time as you may not want to stay away from
working out for too long.
In addition,
working out for TOO long can accelerate AGING in your body, which you obviously want to avoid.
It is, of course, possible to overwork the body when doing full body workouts, but that is generally done by
working out for too long and on too many days.

for me, I added 3 tbsp cacao powder
too which gave a nice chocolatey flavour!
For the shredded coconut, we'll measure
out 1/2 cup then process it in the food processor (a blender

I've decided that
working out, blogging, cooking, and cleaning all after
