To establish structure and discipline, plan your

of national organizations; attending religious services; socializing informally with friends, relatives or neighbors; attending club meetings; joining unions; entertaining friends at home; participating in picnics; eating the evening
meal with the whole family; going

My perfect day would be a typical summer holiday day which would usually consist

We (I) had to learn, not only how to cook and prepare vegan food, but how to efficiently plan
out our
meals, research the new items / ingredients we needed to purchase, figure
out how to make all
of this happen in a timely manner, and
work within a budget.
What a shame that the falafels didn't
work out in the fryer, at least you were able to salvage a
