I have said before yesterdays game that we need a top class forward and dm to challenge having watched yesterdays diabolical performance i feel we need to ad a out and out winger to the
team playing ozil or carzola out left is not
working pedro would have been a fantastic signing but looks like he is going to man u. I thought coq passing yesterday was terrible we need someone who can do both jobs sit in front
of back 4 but when in possession have the
quality to make things happen coq lacks the 2nd part by a long way.
If we start this season with those two in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... neither one
of these players should still be with our club at this point because they represent the settling half - measures that have plagued this
team for a number
of years... this is what I call the «no man's land»
of the soccer world, where
teams don't have enough talented young players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund, because they have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the whole operation that their once relevant scouting department has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once had... furthermore, when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management
team becomes little more than a stagnant group
of «yes men» and no new ideas emerge... so instead
of developing a
team with the
qualities necessary to excel in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases year after year to stifle dissent from the ticket - buying public, then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless
of what would make positional sense... have you ever heard
of a
team who plays players out
of position so often...

work for a
team of any consequence ever again

team which is massively short on
quality so it will be all down to
work rate and hoping some
of their players don't show up... Iwobi out is good Ramsey in brings in a bit more energy but no ability to dominate middle
of park which is where we we will struggle... Chambers xhaka bellerin and mustafi will need to play out
of their skins which has hardly been the case all season and kos will need to show leadership skills but if wilshere ozil and aubemayang click there could at least be a forward threat... An honest assessment 3 1» to them

quality, he puts a lot

In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch
of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all
of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because
of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention
of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any
of the top 7
teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top
quality and no good
team can afford to have that many average players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive
work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure
of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez
of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
they do nt concede lots
of goals because they have 70 per cent posession most games... as

Nwakali is a forward or wing player, nothing like kante and Ramsey is a squad player for me not first
team quality, if Carzola is fit, him and xhaka would be a mouth watering fit but with Arsenals Injurie luck this seems inlikely but i wounder if the five at the back would
work if we play a stubborn
team that defends, i hope Arsene would change the formation in such games back to 4 -2-3-1 but this would require a proper rght wing which we havent had in years, we've had OX, Campell, Wallcot, Iwobi, Ramsey, Welbeck and Ozil play in that position and non
of them have made it their own like sanchez has with the left wing

team full
of quality players to play that kind

of wan na beeeeees just doesn't
work mate!

of the
team work rate strength and size as well as
quality that allowed the skilful players to do their thing I'm convinced we are not too far from similar Sanchez and Ozil are
quality so Mr Wenger please buy
quality CB and DM
What I want Jack Wilshere to do is to train harder and push himself to deliver consistent
quality performances.I want him ti stop livingon potential because he still has the ability to play fod the best
teams in tbe world. He needs to
work harder, train harder and motivate himself more. This is why I want Wenger gone because I want a different manager with a new mentality for some
of our players.A lot
of our players would really improve and many here will be shocksd under a new manager.
it's the intensity movement and
work rate
of all players inc messi... If u want to play a passing game these are essential
qualities and we came close with the 07 - 08
team and then just a string

of them all....
Well im not in a wonderland he has his failings as we all do and great
teams find a way to win good
teams sit where we are 6 -5-4 but thats besides the point and it would be nice if your aunty had bolocks cause then we d be second but ive watched the games were an offensive
team most the time although were terrible in the pissing rain but for the most part the game plans have
worked weve created chances
quality scoring chances one after the other problem is for me the finishing unless we sit back with 9 man behind the ball or ten when you push forward you will give up a goal if you lousy forwards fail to finish the set ups have been there this year but our strikers have failed to kill the games if we create
quality chances and grab leads in the first 60 minutes like we have for the most part and in those games those games should
of been killed even if we give a goal or two alongside the strategy but we failed to hit multiple should be goals we tried laca we'll see abou auba although hes a bit lazy so far but we'll see but we've lacked that
quality in front goal a player the chances have been there im looking at the failure
of the strikers and maybe that is his fault but monreal has scored as many goals recently as our strikers and thats sad our defenders or a midfielder will score and our stikers cant tally one in th first 60 mins
of a game alongside them then were tired for last 40 give them hope there still only down one and we rue our missed chances while they push thats where iv been frustrated with this season not the tactics but the finishing
we have become so reliant upon one individual to run the whole operation that our once relevant scouting department has become so stagnant that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once... when this occurs the management
team, who by this juncture is little more than a congregation
of spefically chosen «yes» men, making it incredibly difficult for new ideas to emerge and / or transfers / contract renegotiations to be dealt with in a timely and effective manner... so instead
of developing a
team with the
qualities necessary to excel in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless
of what would make positional sense... have you ever heard
of a
team who plays players out
of position so often...
of course not because that manager would likely be fired and never
work for a
team of any consequence ever again
They are obviously going to need replacing with
quality but their replacements will hopefully understand the importance
of team work.
No, he needs to get shipped out 35mln pounds is too good to turn down and i hope Wenger has some replacement lined up already — for Chambers, Ozil and Sanchez will be very stupid to let 3
of them leave for free — get Mahrez and Lemar and CB van Dijk we will be awesome — and Arsenal as a whole need to change i would prefer how Bercel; ona and Madrid setup
work too much power at Arsenal for one person to decide everything — that why Spanish
teams have been exchange trophies European Cup because
of good
quality recruitment whether the coach like or not you do nt need a Masters in Economics to be good manager — Zidane has shown that!!
Qualities: Giroud - Hold up (but not against top defenders Tery, Cahil, etc), short pass, hard
working,
team player, defensive duties (set - pieces), injuries Benteke - Hold up, short pass, better dribbler, long shots, finishing, positioning, defensive duties (set - pieces), can play with his back to the goal and also drop deep and face the goal when marked weakness: Giroud - very slow, easily marked, poor finishing (not wc finisher), technique Benteke - injuries, not a hard worker If you look the stats for the since 2012/2013, they have almost similar records except that Benteke scored like total
of 19 goals (correct me if I'm wrong) in his 1st season and also have a decent record against top
teams, keep in mind he plays for AstonVilla not Arsenal where you get much more chances and better players around.
Truth is we do nt need 3 to 4 players its a More a mental issue the players need to maintain their focus Throughout the season
of course every big
team needs to strengthen no doubt but this players have the
quality to Do something special we just need that extra bit
of belief that we can do it, Last summer it was a fitness coach we signed this summer we should look out for a top Psychologist, cause which ever player joins no matter how big the player is if the environment you are playing in do nt have the belief youve got, you either over
work yourself or you drop into the same mindset, Yes we do need to strengthen no we do nt need 3 - 4 players
