Making Paleo dinner recipes is more
work than other recipes so I'm hoping that you can sit down wherever that is and enjoy your meals.

Decades of research show that
working more
than 40 hours a week is unsustainable and severely dents productivity per hour, and neuroscientists and
others warn that failing to give your brain adequate time to rest and recuperate is a
recipe for disaster (which you might guess that many people have grasped for themselves, given the current mania for «mindfulness»).
Red lentils cook up faster
than other kinds, and they have a nice orange color, so if you have them, use them for this
recipe, but any lentils will
work as long as you pay attention to the cooking time on the package.
Some
recipes adapt better
than others, but it
works particularly nice in Asian
recipes, vegetarian / vegan
recipes and with seafood, like mussels.
I think Italian dressing would
work fine, though I've only ever made the
recipe as written so can't vouch for the taste / quality if using ingredients
other than listed.
Also, for some reason coconut oil
works better
than any
other oil in this
recipe, although you could go with some
other neutral flavored baking oil if that's what you've got on hand.
Coconut flour is very different
than almost any
other flour and can rarely
work as a sub in
recipes that weren't designed for it.
It's always reassuring when somebody else (
other than me) tries the
recipe and it
works There's nothing worse when I know the
recipe works, but
other people have trouble with it.
Michelle, I haven't played around with this
recipe using
other flours, but if you can tolerate coconut flour, that may
work (if you want to play with the
recipe, start with much less coconut flour because it absorbs more liquid
than almond flour).
It will usually
work in most of my
other recipes (except for yeast bread), but I correct what I consider to be the imbalance in Cup4Cup in my «Better
Than Cup4Cup» blend.
Potato starch and tapioca starch are interchangeable, but I find that potato starch really
works well in bread, and
other recipes that rely on rising, since it seems to have a stronger structure
than tapioca.

recipe using homemade roasted pumpkin puree as well as several different brands of pureed pumpkin (BPA free)-- some are watery
than others, but they've all
worked very well.

You just need to heat up those dates a little bit to make them nice and tender, but
other than that, all you need is a food processor to make this
recipe work.

works best in gluten - free baking
recipes when it makes up no more
than 25 % of the total flour content, so mix and match it with
other flours for best results.
There are a lot of homemade liquid dish soap
recipes you can find online, but I've found this one to
work better
than all the
others.
Russet potatoes have a drier, fluffier texture
than other types of potatoes, although you could easily use gold (yellow) potatoes if you prefer since they also
work well in mashed potato
recipes.
While some whey proteins bake better
than others, they'll all
work well for this kind of no - bake
recipe.

than some of the
others I share but they
work well!
Some have more oil
than others and that will impact how this
recipe works.
