@ Robin VanPayslip what if we try it and it
works wonders... Our squad would certainly be

Although you could argue that the all round effort and form of the

This is simple a very intelligent child can solve this problem.Firstly today our keeper was very poor however i know he will come
good.By the way why is Paulista no getting his chance. What i have observed about arsenal since we signed Mertesacker from day one and since he started playing is that Mertesacker hardly gets involved you will usually see him a few times because he does not want to get caught out.e has always been a weak link in the defence even in his greatest performances here. When i see us playing
with a high line and he is there i always laugh. It is just a mistake waiting to happen and i can tell u that it will happen again this season.Secondly why is Ramsey Cazorla and Ozil playing in the same line - up in a 4 -5-1 formation. That is just not right though it will win you some matches due to individual brilliance. It wont
work at all.Lastly the least i say about Giroud the
better i am not judging him on one game. One would imagine if he was not french and like chinese will he be getting these chances under Wenger. To me he will always be an average
player and i will stand by my word even if he has
good games.
must go - mert, arteta, Jack, theo all on loan must go as

i think wenger makes the list of
players he wants and then sends his negotiating team to sort out the transfer i.e gazidis and dicky law (who is very
good as he is multi lingual and has many contacts around south america / spain very handy) to sort out the finer details (get a cheaper deal) of the deal, and broker terms and then it gets presented to the board (who give wenger and gazidis the budget to which they
work with) for final approval.
It was never about scoring goals
with Olivier but just having that physical presence that 2 or 3
players have to defend on crosses which leaves the ball to wide open attackers, this summer seeing how

worked with Greizeman, I just wished he could have found that
with Sanchez but it didn't for some reason.

I'm really getting upset by all so called experts saying sanchez is the soul of arsenal what utter garbage, the feeling in the dressing room is the
players would prefer him and ozil gone, that way we
work with what we have unfortunately wenger doesn't know how to get the
best out of his
players frankly he needs motivational skills, we've won matches without sanchez so what's the problem people, we are arsenal for petes sake
But, I also expect a coaching staff to be able to see what is
working and what isn't, as
well as who is succeeding in doing what they are asked to do and who isn't, and to then combine that information into finding the
best combination of personnel and gameplan to allow us to put
players on the field
with the
best chance of succeeding in doing what they are asked to do.
When the window slams shut then what we have is what we got to

Get him out of the team, it doesn't help to have such guy in locker room, he makes other feel like they are less as he is all that, kills motivation and others have to take that... Must be tuff for other

better than all of them and can ruin their goal, like

If Arsenal
players can keep their distances short to play short passes, confident to play
with high defensive line and
work as a team, I think we will see a
good football from them.
* Playing Theo is the hardest thing to watch, would rather gamble
with Neilson * The Ox would do a
better job than Bellerin at RWB * Kola should be playing LWB * Ramsey is a different
player when he starts & being an impact sub * Giroud & Laca should start together especially physical (away) games * Ozil is
good but...
well maybe should rotate
with Iwobi * Xhaka should
work on reducing costly errors * can't trust Monreal, seems like a target for our opponents wherever he plays they wan na go thru him!!!
A new manager can
work with players like Bellerin and hopefully make them far
better than they have been lately.
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played
better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured
player to handle the taxing duties that come
with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average
players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no
good team can afford to have that many average
players on their bench playing the same position, especially
with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive
work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill
with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him
with the necessary
players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
There are questions to be asked Why was jenkinson loaned out if Bellerin is not ready Why was Coquen (sorry can't spell) sent out if he was
good enough 12 games ago tom e named Why keep Campbell if he's not
good enough wouldn't money from his sale be
better spent on a CB Why when SAGNA / Viera / and other 30 plus
players were only offered 1 year contracts yet we are now scratching a midfield together
with flamini / Arteta Why when things are not
working e.g Moreal at CB do we persist
with it I can put all these decisions down to wenger, and that's not bringing up the lack of signings
His track record speaks for itself and given his tactical astuteness, ability to
work on a budget and get the
best out of the
players at his disposal, coupled
with the most important ingredient of all which is a winning habit, it remains to be seen if Allegri does fancy his chances in England next year.
If i was Wenger, I would have sold Walcot to liverpool for 30m and buy pedro from baca to compete
with the OX on the wing and fill in for sanchez when he needs to rest... IMO Pedro is a far
better and sharper ball
player than Walcot and has a
better Work ethics.
does anyone think the reports of us getting psg's youngster rabiot are true and if yes is he what we need atm i guessing as he is a big lad he's probably diaby long term replacement i have seen a picture of him and he doesn't look like a very strong build but i am sure a year in the gym will sort that out he would add much needed height to our midfield and he doesn't seem to be a injury prone as diaby he has a
good general skill set am sure wenger can convince him
with plenty of game time any young french
player knows wengers rep
with youngsters he should jump at the chance to
work with wenger NOW
with a bit of strength
work he could be a handy d / m also if wenger could mould him to play there,
lst season at stamford bridge, was the first time i saw that 4 -1-4-1 formation being used, and for some weird reason i feel a very strange negative vibe and
well all know the outcome.the manager has come back
with this formation and its not yielding result, but he still sticks
with it.i do nt know much about formations dear friends, but if you are playing a slow dm in arteta and a very very slow cb, then you are toast against quality teams
with sound tactics.wen playing wellbeck as a lone striker, i think 4 -2-3-1, will
work better, but if we have a big
player like oliver (boooos), thn we can try the 4 -1-4-1, thingy cos he can hold the ball for our midfielders to run in.but on the overall, shame on wenger for not giving our defence a
good cover DM.NO BODY PLAYS A SLOW DM / CB AND EXPECT TO B REGARDED AS CHAMPIONSHIP MATERIAL.IT HURTS GUYS, REALLY HURTS.
We will
work with Giroud as
well and on many
players.
